3 large ripe bananas
3/4 C white sugar
1 egg slightly beaten
1/3 C melted butter
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C flour
Mash bananas. Add suggar and egg; mix well. Add melted butter; mix well. Add dry ingredients; mix only to moisten. Fill muffin cups and bake at 375 F for 20 minutes.
